Smoking Hot Ann Richards
I chose the one with Ann Richards on a motorcycle because it was a picture of Ann Richards on a motorcycle. The picture was first seen on a 1992 cover of Texas Monthly. The picture was manipulated by splicing a picture of Ann’s head onto the body of a model. The picture was altered to make Ann look like a younger more vibrant person. Ann didn’t have a problem with the picture. She said the model had such a good body that she couldn’t complain. If she can’t complain then why should we?

Hahaha! Your title made me laugh out loud while y'all were at CLT. I think it accomplished portraying a "vibrant" image of the governor. Nicely done :)
